Clear production, delivery, return and refund information means you always know what happens next.

Production before dispatch

Some products are produced to order or in small batches. The applicable production information is shown on the product page or in your order confirmation. Production time is completed before the parcel is handed to the courier.

Dispatch and tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation and tracking details where tracking is available. Courier delivery time begins only once the parcel has been collected or accepted by the delivery partner.

Delivery destinations and charges

Available destinations and delivery charges are calculated at checkout before payment. If your address is not accepted, please contact us before placing the order. Any free-delivery offer applies only where it is clearly shown at checkout.

Address changes, delays and split shipments

Check your delivery address carefully before paying and contact us immediately if something is incorrect. Production or courier delays can occasionally occur, and orders containing different products may be dispatched separately. We will share material updates and available tracking information.

Returns and refunds

If something is not right, our returns and refund page explains eligibility, timeframes and the review process before an exchange, return or refund is approved.
